Dr Katz, My daughters get these often and squeeze them out with a long object, cough them out etc, but they always come back. I was wondering if having? their tonsils out would help, since they seem to have large ones?The tonsils bleed after they expel them.I have ordered your products, but I am interested about removing the crypot area.

@KatrinaCabrera Yea, it can be a real mood kicker. I lost my fiancee from this, only three days after our engagement party. She felt it fall on her tongue from chewed it, shortly after she went pale and threw up. I guess its one of those things…. like U cant? eat a type of food if it has made U ill before. Same thing happened to me a few years ago when I had my tonsils(before the removal of those) and back then I had no idea what tonsil stones were,I simply found these little nasty things in my palm after sneezing. And of course I? felt the horrid smell but I had no idea what they were.I had no idea where they came from,either!

You have? to stop eat/drink dairy products. That’s the solution. I had it, (not so bad but ok) and I quit with yoghurt, cheese, stuff like that, and it’s OVER. really try it. In about 3 days I think my tonsils were better.

It’s very easy to not get “tonsil stones” anymore. The key is to brush twice a day and use an oral rinse. Make sure at least one of your products is oxygenating. I used to have these but I don’t anymore because I do this.
What I use:
1. Arm And Hammer- Advance White Baking soda and Peroxide
I personally love how this tastes and if you? brush before you eat or drink something it doesn’t give any weird flavor off.
